Graduated (1987) B.A. with 1st Class Honours in History from Wadham College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England. Worked in public relations with Burson Marsteller & Co., London, England (1987-89), Membership Secretary with the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden, London (1989-93), Special Gifts Officer at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, Massachusetts (1993-94). Also a jazz singer and specialist in the architechtural history of Roman baroque libraries (see Yale University Library Gazette 1998). Living (1988-93) in Tooting Bec, London, (1993-95) in Cambridge, Massachusetts, (1995–98) in Princeton, New Jersey, (2011) in London, and (until 2005) also at Ashton, Northamptonshire, England.
