Biographical Information: JOYCE WILHELMINE PURVIS, born 29th February 1904, died 13th May 1993 in Bournemouth, Dorset (formerly Hampshire), England. Purchased (1963) Kinaldy House, near St Andrews, Fife, Scotland, from her brother Harry Alexander Purvis (see 1.1.3.6.1.9.2. below) and sold it, and its contents, in 1964 - the house to Mr George Milne, who had been her father's farming partner. [Note: In 1987 Kinaldy House with a surrounding part of the estate was purchased by Mr David King and in 1989 the rest of Kinaldy estate was split up and sold in parts]. Lived from 1964 until her death (1993) in Bournemouth. Unmarried.
