Biographical Information: ELIZABETH RUSSELL BRUCE ADAM (ELIZA), born 23rd October 1855 at 14 Dundas Street, Edinburgh, Scotland, died 9th July 1923 at 4 Cobden Road, Edinburgh. Living (8th April 1861 per census) as a scholar aged 5 and (3rd April 1871 per census) aged 15 with her parents at 14 Dundas Street, Edinburgh, and still living with them (5th April 1891 per census) at 42 Drummond Place, Edinburgh, aged 35 and unmarried. She was a beneficiary (1893) for £10 under the will of her aunt Eliza Russell Bruce (see 1.1.3.1.1.5. below). She was a semi-invalid for many years and was known as Aunt Tizey by her neices for whom she used to provide "pink teas" in which everything was pink. Unmarried.
