Biographical Information: ANN McINTOSH (ANNIE), born c.1882 in Edinburgh, Scotland, died c.1937/39. Living (April 1891 per census) aged 9 with her father at 25 East Claremont Street, Edinburgh. Beneficiary of £5 under the will of her great aunt Eliza Russell Bruce (see 1.1.3.1.1.5. below) in 1893. Living (April 1908) unmarried when witness at the marriage of her sister Helen McIntosh (see 1.1.3.1.1.4.1.1. above) and (March 1936) when informant of the death of her aunt Helen Adam (see 1.1.3.1.1.4.2. below). Lived in Edinburgh. She bequeathed a fine portrait of her father James McIntosh, by Hendry Kerr, to her 1st cousin once removed James McIntosh Patrick (see O.A. 110) (born 1907 in Dundee, Angus, Scotland, died 1998), the celebrated Scottish landscape artist, who was named after his great uncle James McIntosh (see under 1.1.3.1.1.4.1. above) and remembered meeting Hendry Kerr, when he was visiting Anne McIntosh in Edinburgh (c.1925) while an art student in Glasgow, Scotland.
