Biographical Information: ROBERT LANG BRUCE (BOB), born 29th September 1885 probably in Stoke Newington, London, England, died 11th March 1969. Technical assistant in the Department of Overseas Trade (1923), and (1951) civil servant. Bequeathed £1000 in 1929 by his aunt Isabella Laurie Bruce or Fisher (see 1.1.3.1.1.3.2. below). Married (1917 at Edmonton, Middlesex, England) Jessie Margaret Sander, having one son:-
