Biographical Information: MURIEL VERA MUSTARD, born 20th June 1929 at St Leonards, Forteath Avenue, Elgin, Morayshire, Scotland. Reporter with The Elgin Courier (1947-49), medical secretary in Edinburgh, Scotland (1949-5?), primary school deputy head teacher in Midlothian, Scotland (195?-8?). From 1981-90, together with her elder sister Hetty Ivy Mustard (see 1.1.3.1.1.2.2.4.3. above), ran a small tea-room and gift shop called The Mustard Pot in Killin, Stirlingshire (formerly Perthshire), Scotland. Retired (1994) and living (2010) in Killin in the Summer months and in Fairmilehead, Edinburgh, the rest of the year. Unmarried.
