Biographical Information: HELEN MARGARET EDITH JACK (EDITH), born 29th June 1891 at 28 Wilton Road, Edinburgh, Scotland, died 14th September 1968 at 37 Dreghorn Loan, Edinburgh (but usual residence at time of death was 11 Chamberlain Road, Edinburgh, having previously lived at 10 Chamberlain Road). Unmarried, but brought up her nephew Ian Robert James Jack (see 1.1.3.1.1.2.2.1.1. above and 1.1.3.1.1.4.8.1.1. below) from the age of 8, after his mother died young (1932), and adopted one daughter (1947):-
